Sassy Studio Designs March/April 2014 Fan Group Challenge on Facebook...

Good Afternoon Everyone! I am going to be playing a little catch up in the next few blog posts. But for this post... I have created another Prismacolor Pencil Portfolio Style Art Journal Page. This page was created for the challenge over at the Sassy Studio Designs Facebook Fan Group March/April 2014! The image that I was able to request and color is "Sassy Showgirl"! The challenge was to use your favorite color combo. Come on over and join in the current Facebook Fan Group Challenge! We have lots of beautiful inspiration for you to look at!

This Art Journal page is 8 1/2" X 11". I have used Strathmore 300 Series Bristol Paper (Yellow Cover). The background was created with Tattered Angel Spray; Dragonfly. The stencil that I used is by Dylusions called Starry Starry Night Large ~ DYS35701. Since I've found the NEW Sharpies that are water based... I can't seem to put them down. All of the black designs are done with one of them and the silver in my stars is my Gelly Roll Metallic Pen. I, of course used my trusty ol' Prismacolor Premier Pencils to color this beautiful image and Aleene's Paper Glaze to seal it.

Sassy Studio Designs February/March 2014 Fan Group Challenge on Facebook...

Good Evening Everyone! It has been quite awhile since my last post. Michael and I have had a really good life event going on... so I had taken a bit of a hiatus from posting; but no worries... I have been creating. If you are wondering, the life event that has changed all of our routines is Michael was offered a different job! It has been a positive change. We have been working on getting new schedules and such in place. Now that is not always the easiest thing to do. Alright enough about us... time for the latest creative project.

I have decided to start my own style Art Journal. It is a bit different than most everyone's description; but I am looking to bind it myself in the future and having it as a Prismacolor Pencil Portfolio Style Art Journal. Since I LOVE to color and use different stamps (rubber, clear, or digi) that it was time for me to embrace something new. I have also started a more traditional Art Journal; but that will be for a future post!

This Art Journal page is 8 1/2" X 11". I have used Strathmore 300 Series Bristol Paper (Yellow Cover). The background was created with Lindy's Stamp Gang Sprays... Plumeria Pink Flat Fabio, Ocean Breeze Blue Flat Fabio, & Hottie Patottie Hot Pink Starburst Spray. The stencil that I used is by Dylusions called Alphabet Border DYS39518. I, of course used my trusty ol' Prismacolor Premier Pencils to color this beautiful image and Aleene's Paper Glaze to seal it.

This page was created for the challenge over at the Sassy Studio Designs Facebook Fan Group! The image that I was able to request and color is "Effie Trinket"! The challenge was to use soft spring colors. Come on over and join in the current Facebook Fan Group Challenge! We have lots of beautiful inspiration for you to look at!

Dreamweaver Note Card & Holder...

Hello All! It has been way to long since my last post. I am so sorry for that! Michael and I have been working on revamping a few things and getting some NEW classes put together. Here is a class that I originally taught at Let's Create. It has been requested by several people. As you all know, Michael and I have to adjust each project we do to make sure it is of the best quality. With that said we have gone through this one and made the appropriate adjustments to ensure that it is the best. During this class you will be working with Dreamweaver Products including LL3031 Shasta Flower Metal Stencil, Medium Weight Bazzill Chipboard, and several different Ranger Products. You will create this gorgeous card holder and four elegant note cards.

I am so glad that you have stopped by and your comments are always appreciated!
Have a wonderful week!
