Good Afternoon Everyone! I had so much fun with the first "Hallmark Holiday" card that I made, I just had to make another one! LOL! In case you missed my earlier post about this challenge, I will include all the details again with my new creation! ... I have a challenge that will make you really think and also do some good for the environment, all at the same time! The Latte Lounge has a challenge going on right now called "Hallmark Holiday"! It is a totally different type of challenge. What you need to do is find those store bought Birthday cards or Christmas cards that you received from your extended family or others! Take those cards that you never know what to do with, and CUT THEM UP! What I mean is use those cards and create a card or layout with them! "Oops"

Good Evening Everyone! I have one more card to share tonight and then that is it for a few days! LOL! This adorable image is by The Stamping Boutique, Audrey With A Cupcake! Isn't she just the sweetest image? I seem to be in need of birthday cards (actually belated birthday cards... hence the Oops). LOL! This card was inspired by a sketch / challenge that my local stamp club had on Tuesday, February 8, 2011 at The Stamp Shoppe. Each month we get together and have a blast! We go home with a sketch to follow and then share at the next month's meeting. Each one comes with a theme, also. This one was to incorporate a tag somewhere in your creation or have an extra gift tag that matched the card. As you can see that I have included my tag on my creation! I wish I could show you the sketch that Peggy created for us to follow, but the copy that I was given... I wrote some notes on and didn't want to show all of you my chicken scratching! LOL!

I will be entering this creation into a new challenge, well it is new to me over at The Paper Variety Challenge Blog. This weeks creation was to include a cupcake in your creation and I thought this would be a wonderful card to go along with the challenge! The only other rule that I have found is that you must incorporate paper in your creation! So for all of us that is easy!! The deadline date and time is Tuesday, February 15, 2011 at 11am CST. "Card Cupid's Appreciation Blog Tour"

Good Afternoon Everyone! I have a special notice to bring to your attention! My fellow Design Team Member Christy L. is working with the Card Cupids Organization. They are holding an Appreciation Blog Tour today through Monday, February 14, 2011 at midnight. Card Cupids helps children in need of some love, regardless of their specific situation or economic background. They believe that every child should know that they are loved and cherished. They send out "Card Cuddle Care Packages" to numerous children in need each year. Any donation, whether it be some cards, stuffed animals, clothes, or even a monetary donation is always welcome. Also if you know of a child in need, please do NOT hesitate to contact them through there wonderfully set up site! If you are looking for a worthy cause to get involved with, to volunteer some of your time or resources to... this would be a very good place to consider! "A Sign Of Spring"

Good Evening Everyone! It has been one crazy week here in the frozen northwoods! LOL! I have been longing for Spring, so I needed to color one of my favorite flowers! How has your week been, are you ready for Spring too?

This beautiful image is by The Digi Doodle Shop. This creation will be entered into three different challenges! The first challenge being The Digi Doodle Shop's Best. The theme this week is "Nature". (I think everyone is ready for Spring! LOL!) The deadline date and time is Wednesday, February 16, 2011 at 3pm CST. So you will have plenty of time make a creation and come join in the fun!

The second challenge that this will be entered into is Priscilla Styles Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge #90. Once again, Priscilla has come up with two awesome sketches! One is Fancier and the other is CAS (Clean And Simple). I used the Fancier one as my inspiration. (see below)

The deadline date and time is Monday, February 14, 2011 at 7pm CST. So you will have plenty of time to create a card with one of her sketches. Come on and join in the fun!

The third challenge that this creation will be entered into is Color Me Creative Copic Challenge Group. You MUST be a member in order to take part in challenge #11. Becoming a member is easy, click on the link that I have provided up above, answer the prompts, and join The CMC Copic Challenge Group! The theme of this challenge is "Flowers". (They are really looking for Spring to come!) The deadline date and time is Friday, February 18, 2011 at 11pm CST. There is plenty of time to come and join in the fun here also!
