"A Girly Girl"

Hello Everyone! I hope you are having a wonderful start to the week! I have been creating everyday lately and trying a bunch of new things! It has been rather enjoyable and a bit frustrating! LOL! (The frustrating part is trying to figure out the new folds... for some reason I seem to have the most trouble with them! I don't know why!?! LOL!)
Anyways, I created this cutie for Let's Create as an inspiration card and it's an easel! Whew! This one was a bit more difficult as it was cut out with Nestibilities by Spellbinders. One thing that I have learned through creating this card is to "always know which is the top of each layer you cut out"! They only fit together one way! Just thought I would share that helpful tip with everyone!

Material List

Stamp ~ Simply B Stamps - Veronica & The Gang Line - Veronica
Patterned Paper ~ DCWV (Die Cuts With A View)
Card Stock ~ Unknown & The Paper Cut (Black Licorice)

Scor Pal Tape 1/4"
Half Pearls & Black Bow ~ Out Of My Stash

"Ooh La La!!"

Good Evening Everyone! I hope y'all are having a wonderful week so far! I have been coloring, cleaning, and getting my next class at Let's Create all ready to go! Whew... who would have thought it would so much fun to teach? Well it is... except for typing up notes; explaining how you do something that is like second nature. Oh wait... that isn't why you have stopped by today! LOL! (Got sidetracked and there wasn't even anything shiny in my area!)

Today, I have a creation to share with you for Paper Creations Ink's NEW Challenge... "Show Us Your Style Using Your Favorite Technique"! First let me start by telling you who our awesome sponsor is... Ike's Art and she will be giving away 5 Digi Images Of Choice to one lucky person! How cool is that? Be sure to pop on over to Ike's Art Shop and check out her wide variety of awesome images; there is something for everyone! Also you have until Tuesday, February 29, 2012 at 6pm CST to join us and "Show Us Your Style Using Your Favorite Technique"!

Lets see... My favorite techniques are coloring with my Prismacolor Colored Pencils, Fussy Cutting, and I took it one step further, I used my favorite go to embellishments... Lace, Ribbon, Half Pearls, and yep, you guessed it... STICKLES! I gotta have my glitter! LOL! Also lately I have been finding myself drawn to more risque and sexy images!
