"Smell The Roses While You Wait"

Good Morning Everyone! It has been a little while since you have heard from me... did you miss me? LOL! I have been busy getting some other chores and things caught up! This morning I have a wonderful creation to share with you! I created this card for Paper Creations Ink Challenge #7 "Show Us Your Flowers"! This challenge starts today through Wednesday, August 31, 2011 at 7pm CST.

Photobucket

You are probably wondering... who the sponsor is... well it is Crop Stop! Haylie-Jo has so graciously given us a $15.00 gift certificate to award one lucky person! And as an added bonus... Crop Stop has awarded all of us a coupon code "PC8" for a 10% discount to their online store for the duration of this challenge! Wooo Hooo... What that means is... ANYONE WHO SEE'S THIS COUPON CODE AND USES IT AT CROP STOP WILL RECEIVE A 10% DISCOUNT ON THEIR PURCHASE, WITH NO MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT!!! How COOL is that? I think it is awesome, so be sure to see if you need any replacement goodies or just want a few new items!!! Also, don't forget that we are always on the lookout for new talent... so be ready in case your creation is "Spotlighted" and you are asked to be a "Guest Design Team Member"!

"Winter Mail"

Good Morning Everyone! Happy 4th of July to everyone in the states! I hope your weekend has been awesome! Ours has been kinda of up and down! But for the most part it has been wonderful! We will be heading to the fireworks tonight! Yay! I am so excited about going, as a kid we never went to see them! So as an adult, I am just like a kid... OOOOHHHH.... AAAAAHHHH... Look at that! LOL!

Anyways, the creation that I am going to share with you today, is just the opposite! LOL! It is winter time! This creation is serving a double purpose! So that means more images for you to see as, I did a step by step kinda thing!

The new Get Hippity With Ippity Challenge starts today at The Latte Lounge! The theme is "Christmas In July"! How COOL is that? LOL! (Nice play on words, huh?) The Ippity Stamp Set that I used to create my own background paper is "Season Of Joy"! (Isn't it awesome?) The second purpose for this card is The Latte Lounge July Month Long Challenge! Bet you can't guess what the theme is? ... Yep, you guessed "Christmas In July"! See how COOL we all think? LOL! So for Week 1, we are asking you to show us all of your Christmas Themed Cards and Projects! We all are thinking ahead to Christmas time when we need to have all those cards made! This way we all get a head start! (I definitely need the head start, as I normally send out about 50 to 60 cards! Isn't that just nuts? But who do cut off the list?)  Oooops, got side tracked again! LOL!

Now a bit about the beautiful image that I used... It is by The Stamping Boutique called "Mail Girl"! Isn't she just adorable? I had so much fun creating this card! "A Good Book Has No Ending"

Good Afternoon To All! How is your week going? Mine has been very busy, just the way I like it! I have a very big announcement to make today, along with my creation!

My very good friend Aletha J. Williams has asked me to be on her Design Team for Get Hippity With Ippity/Join The Unity Community. Aletha is now an independent seller of Unity's Ippity Line Of Stamps! Isn't that awesome? Right now Aletha has two Ippity Groups... one at The Latte Lounge and the second one at Simply Scrapping Crafts! (Quick reminder... You MUST be a  member of The Latte Lounge and Simply Scrapping Crafts in order to join these groups!) She also has a challenge blog, Get Hippity With Ippity/Join The Unity Community! And another big surprise... get ready... (drum roll)...

a SALE!

From today until April 22, 2011 you will receive a 20% discount on ALL stamp sets! Depending on which group you are a part of, here are the codes to be use with Paypal... TLL20IPPITY or SSC20IPPITY. Be sure to use these codes, as Aletha will be refunding the 20% back to you after your payment. All prices on the sets include shipping and tax already... SO NO SURPRISES AT THE CHECKOUT!! I think that is just awesome! I myself, will be taking advantage of this wonderful SALE! LOL!

Now for our First Challenge At Get Hippity With Ippity/Join The Unity Community, the theme is "Spring/Summer Anything Goes"! There are only 3 rules... you can use any image (rubber or digi); but if you use an Ippity or Unity Stamp your name will go in the drawing TWICE... #1 You MUST tell us what Ippity or Unity Stamp that you used, #2 You MUST post it in one of the two Ippity Groups found either at The Latte Lounge or Simply Scrapping Crafts, and #3 In order to be eligible for the drawing of prizes you must link up your creation on the blog here using Inlinkz! It's as easy as that! So what are you waiting for... come check us out!!

Now for my creation...

I have used both Ippity Stamps and a beautiful digi image by The Stamping Boutique! The Ippity Stamp Set that I have used is "Books a 'Flutter", it contains the stack of books stamp and the sentiment at the top of my creation! I decided to let the children of The Stamping Boutique Design Team and The Latte Lounge Design Team come up with all the beautiful inspiration! This challenge will last until Friday, April 1, 2011 at 11:59pm! So if you have children or grandchildren, we have a wonderful challenge that they can now create for! Isn't that awesome? I just love to see all the artistic talents of the children! It is open to ages 0 to 17! Come on over and take a peak at their creations and I hope you will encourage your children and grandchildren to enter!
